Goltogel Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Goltogel (hereinafter referred to as "Goltogel", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://goltogel.lat and all associated services, applications, games, and features offered thereon.

Goltogel is an online gambling and sports betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. The Platform provides services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery, and arcade titles to adult users in eligible jurisdictions.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Goltogel platform, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3; and (d) you accept that any use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by Member on the Goltogel platform, through which the Member accesses services and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses, and any accumulated winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, or other incentive offered by Goltogel to Members, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds made by a Member into their Account via an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which Goltogel verifies the identity and eligibility of a Member using identity documents and supporting evidence.
• "Platform" means the Goltogel website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at https://goltogel.lat.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action, behaviour, or conduct expressly forbidden under Clause 10 of these Terms.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity funded by a Member's deposited or won funds, as distinct from any free-play or demo mode activity.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Member's Account Balance to the Member's designated external payment method or bank account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a game outcome, sporting event, or other result offered on the Platform.

To be eligible to register for and use a Goltogel account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Goltogel strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders engaging in real-money gambling activity. It is illegal to allow minors to access gambling platforms. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Goltogel platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for verifying whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, including Goltogel's own self-exclusion list, or any recognised third-party responsible gambling self-exclusion scheme.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person or Sanctioned Individual: You must not appear on any applicable international sanctions list or be classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) where such status would prohibit your use of the Platform.

When registering an account on the Goltogel platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Goltogel will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You agree to notify Goltogel immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected].

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform integrity and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards, Goltogel operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Members will be required to submit the following before full account features — including withdrawals — are unlocked:

• A valid Malaysian identity document: MyKad (IC), Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of residential address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document

Goltogel's compliance team will review submitted documents and communicate a decision within 24–48 hours of a complete submission. All KYC documents must be uploaded via the secure in-platform verification portal. Goltogel support agents will never request document submission through live chat, WhatsApp, or email attachments.

By accessing the Goltogel platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. The Platform is not a financial instrument, investment vehicle, or source of income.

Goltogel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform; (b) use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; (c) exploit any technical error or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage; or (d) engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the Platform's normal function.

The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, or circumstances beyond Goltogel's reasonable control. Goltogel will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Goltogel accepts deposits from Members using the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted via designated channels.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Goltogel does not impose transaction fees on standard deposit methods, though your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Goltogel does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered to the Member may be reversed and the Member's account suspended pending investigation.

Members may request a withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, where possible.

Goltogel targets processing of withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers. Processing times for other methods may vary. Goltogel reserves the right to extend processing time for enhanced security reviews where required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Goltogel reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits depending on a Member's account tier and verification status. Members with verified Platinum and Diamond VIP status benefit from higher withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP programme terms.

7.1 Withdrawal Verification

Goltogel may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where a withdrawal amount exceeds normal threshold limits or where there is a reasonable basis to conduct enhanced due diligence. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Member.

Goltogel may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, referal rewards, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted by the Member.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the Platform:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover" or "turnover") before they may be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by Goltogel.
• Goltogel reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Abuse of bonuses, including through coordinated wagering or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 10.

All bets placed on the Goltogel platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, etc.), as published within each product section. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable product rules before placing bets.

In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds at the time of bet placement and odds resulting from a data or pricing error, Goltogel reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Member's account. This determination is at Goltogel's sole discretion.

For live sports betting, Goltogel uses real-time data feeds from licensed sports data providers. In the event of a data feed interruption, markets may be suspended or results delayed. Goltogel will not be held responsible for losses arising from reliance on data that proves inaccurate due to feed errors beyond our control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Goltogel platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform mechanics
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing deposit limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction connected to illegal activity
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in the course of KYC verification
• Allowing or permitting another person to use your account, including sharing login credentials
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, after having been notified of such restriction

Goltogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Members in managing their gambling behaviour, accessible from their Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much they fund their account.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the Member's current session duration and net win/loss position.

All content on the Goltogel platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the intellectual property of Goltogel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licenced by Goltogel. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without Goltogel's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Goltogel, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to wagering decisions; technical failure, interruption, or delay; unauthorised account access due to the Member's failure to maintain credential security; or reliance on inaccurate odds or game data resulting from third-party data feed errors.

Goltogel's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goltogel holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and Goltogel, the Member agrees to first contact Goltogel's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Goltogel will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties may agree to refer the matter to a recognised independent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legitimate interests.

Goltogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Goltogel will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered to the Member's account.

Your continued use of the Goltogel platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting customer support.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
